FLORMAR Bahrain Refund Policy
We want you to be delighted with your purchase from FLORMAR Bahrain. If you're unhappy with your order for any reason, you can return it for a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
What can be returned?
You can return any unused and unopened makeup items in their original packaging, which includes:
- Lipsticks
- Foundations
- Eyeshadow palettes
- Mascaras
- Eyeliners
- Concealers
- Brushes
- And more!
What can't be returned?
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of the following items:
- Opened or used makeup products
- Skincare products
- Fragrance products
- Personal care products
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, contact us at info@flormarbh.com and send a photo of the product(s) with the corresponding comments. If your return is accepted, our team will contact you and collect the item(s). Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return questions at info@flormarbh.com.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and it is approved, we will contact you to ask if you need an exchange of the item(s) or a refund. If you decide to get the refund, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
